Just do it!
Don't sit and wait for the perfect time to start, Just do it! The best workout is the one that gets done! Pack your gym bag the evening before, and just grab it in the morning on the way out.
Be kind to yourself
Unpretentiousness is good. Focus on what you can do, and not on what you can't. Challenge yourself on a level that works for you. Focus on what you feel and your circumstances, more than what other people are doing. Feeling free in your workout usually leads to a nice workout.
Give it time
Plan your workout instead of thinking "I'll workout when I have time". A trick is to decide when you want to work out and put a reminder in your mobile phone.
Lower the risk of injuries and lost interest by waiting with the toughest workouts. Start soft! Find the right techniques and feeling in a relaxed way and give the body time to get started, regardless to which level you are aiming for.
A fun experience
Try different kind of workouts. What makes you smile or gives you an enjoyable experience? You can work out to get fit, but it is usually more fun to work out for the actual experience.
Maybe with a friend?
Do you prefer to work out alone or is it more tempting to get started together with someone? Try! A workout friend can be the key to success. But make sure your motivation is not totally depending on if your friend is working out or not, your own dedication is the best.
Give the exercise a chance
Aim for working out every other, or third, day during a couple of weeks. The continuity makes it easier to continue. If you find an exercise that you enjoy –
keep doing it. After a couple of sessions you will get more out of it, both joy and training effect!

Already during the first session you will feel your body's response. Take that feeling in, enjoy the endorphins. However the workout went, you are a winner!
