Jympa Intensive suits everyone that are well trained and want a challenge with high tempo and tough exercises. You train the things your body is made for: you stretch, rotate, run, jump... The class is a workout for the whole body and gives you both sustainable strength exercise, physical resilience and coordination.
Jympa suits big groups since it´s easy to join. The group gives you an inclusive dynamic and the class takes you on a diversified journey with maximum endorphins.
All of our Swedercise class programs are based on a specific structure, which follows a special intensity curve.
