About cookies on the website

In order to give you as a good experience as possible, we use cookies and analysis tools.

Cookies

Cookies are used to measure the number of visits, save statistics (for example, on operating systems, browsers and visited pages) and to be able to follow how visitors navigate. The information makes it possible for us to develop and improve the website.

The information collected is anonymous and contains no personal data such as name or email address. Information about visitors cannot be traced by Friskis&Svettis. If you want to turn off the use of cookies, do so in the settings of your browser.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small data file with text that is saved in your browser. The cookie files are completely anonymous and contain no personal information. There are two types of cookies, persistent and session. Persistent cookies are stored as a file for a certain period of time until you, or the server sending them, delete them. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser.

Analysis Tools

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on the site to evaluate visitor statistics and improve content, navigation and structure to give you the best possible user experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and information generated by them through your use of the website (including your IP address). This is forwarded to, and stored by, Google on their servers in the United States. We store user data and event data (so-called Data Retention) in Google Analytics for 38 months, then it is automatically deleted.

Google may transfer the information to third parties if required by law or where a third party processes the information on Google's behalf. Google does not associate IP addresses with any other data that they hold. By visiting our site, you agree that Google will treat your personal data in this manner and for the purposes described above. If you want to turn off cookies, do so in the settings for your browser.

Hotjar

To get a better understanding of how visitors use our website and to improve the experience, we also use the Hotjar service. It saves information such as mouse clicks, mouse movements and scroll length on a page. Hotjar never save the visitor's personal information, ie information that can be derived from a specific person. You can choose not to be recorded by Hotjar by turning off cookies in your browser.

If you want to exercise your whole life, it must be fun.

Therefore, our exercise affects and challenges our body and minds. We are rather in the experience industry than in the health industry.
