Pauline Visits Keith

Friskis Aberdeen Chair (aka Pauline) has been out and about trying the great classes that our association has to offer.
Pauline says "This week I had a grand day out in Keith with Mandy and her hosts Mavis and Maureen. Mandy runs a Jympa Soft class at Longmore Hall on a Wednesday and Thursday morning. As you can see from the photos it's a very popular class. I thoroughly enjoyed my workout - but may have undone it with the tea and scone afterwards! Thanks for the warm welcome."
