Multifys is an all-round training for everybody. It offers a clear, accessible and no frills training with a lot of variation, including strength, stability and cardio.
Interval training
Multifys is a form of training where we alternate a circuit of exercises with high intensity training, strength and balance exercises and a short recovery period. Then we start again for 3 rounds in total followed by a “Grand Finale “ of fitness, cool down and stretch .
It's hard but it pays off!
Our body and our muscles get used to training relatively quickly and they become lazy; it is therefore time to shake up the routine to challenge the body.
Doing short but high-intensity exercises works our heart, balance and strength exercises helps us improve our cardio endurance and all round fitness.
We will also burn more energy faster.
The class
We use only our own bodies as resistance in Multifys. Our instructors are free to make their own classes based on guidelines from Friskis Sweden, which ensures a lot of variation and interesting music.
This way you will have even more variation and just add something different to your workouts! Friskis with a twist!
