More time to hang out
Sometimes the time is just not enough. Exercising together is a great way to both have time to work out but also to hang out with your friend. Have a tough session at the gym, go for a run, create a playful work out together with your children or go for a walk. You get more time, and an experience, together!
Push each other when it feels tough

Are you cancelling your workouts a bit too often? Book some sessions with a friend. It is harder to skip it when someone is waiting for you and you will probably get more workouts done.
