Maria will teach Friskis Home Edition every other Monday. The main part of this proper full body workout is built from 10 efficient and easy to follow exercises, a mix of cardio and strength, perfect for outdoors as well as indoors. We work 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds, 2 rounds. We use our body weight, no extra weights are needed. For the Grand Final we have a 3 minutes long cardio party to squeeze out the remaining energy!
No extra weight is needed, the body weight is enough. However, if you want you can use for example a dumbbell for some extra weight in most exercises.
Prepare some good shoes so you won’t slide, a bottle of water, a mat if your floor is hard and maybe a towel because it might get sweaty!
