Power Hour

Party workout with power!

Our latest recruit Anton will teach Power Hour every other Monday, a full body workout filled with energy and easy to follow exercises. The class is mainly focused on cardio but will also challenge your flexibility, muscular endurance as well as your explosive strength! 

You work with one exercise at a time and at your own pace. No need to work on the same beat as the music. The exercises can be adjusted based on how you are feeling today, but expect energizing music, maximal pep and power!

 

Equipment needed

Some sort of weight is recommended, preferably up to 6 kgs. Books, a backpack, a dumbbell, a bottle filled with water, anything goes as long as it's small and can be held tight to your body as well as pressed over your shoulders. However, a weight is not necessary. You can get a great workout with just your body weight as well. 

 

Prepare some good shoes so you won’t slide, a bottle of water, a mat if your floor is hard and maybe a towel because it might get sweaty!

It has to be fun if you are going to exercise the rest of your life.

Our workout puts both body and senses in motion. We are in the experience rather than the health industry.
