Run with a flow!
At Friskis&Svettis we run in a group. The instructor make sure you and the rest of the group keep a steady pace throughout the session, in order to help you find the flow, and will challenge your technique, speed, explosiveness and strength with different exercises.
The session is on a basic or medium level, which means everyone can join. It includes a combination of distance running and interval training and will give you new knowledge about running. Every session is around one hour and ending with a cool down and stretch.
From Sunday October 11th, Friskis London offers you running classes in Regent's Park. The instructor is Helen Calner. You meet up in Regent's Park at the following location.
