As a member, you own your Friskis association, together with all the other members. That means that you can propose changes to influence how the association works and grows! Friskis is a not-for-profit association, thus lot of our activities develop through the participants’ and volunteers’ engagement and not dividends. Progress is based on personal drive and initiative.

Annual General Meeting for all big decisions
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision making body. The decisions that the members make at the AGM control the whole activity of the association. As a member you have the right to vote and to give motions for the future of the association. At the AGM we decide who will be on the Board and which assignments the Board gets. You also vote about all motions that the members have come up with.
